Antique vintage carved shell fern leaf pendant with black pearl and sterling silver 925 chain. I also got it from my friends grandmother. I guess the chain was replaced to newer one, because the original pearl frame is made from gold tone metal, but anyway looks gorgeous. I guess it was made in 1920's.

Looks like something else once hung from the pendant from that loop in the back. Is that pearl natural? Pretty.

Yes, it's natural pearl. And the hook on the inner side is from the pearl frame. :)
