Just got this beautiful porcelain hand painted wall plate at a garage sale.
The seller did not know anything about it and nether do I.
It measures 12.3/4" across and about 2" tall
3.1/4 pounds
Absolutely beautiful hand painted, (not flat, it has some textured paint strokes). It has 4 small holes in the back for wire hanger.
Any information about it???
