I need help in identifying this piece it's clear glass, that's edged with white milk glass. Bowl has scalloped edges and pretty design.

this opalescent bowl is 'Scroll With Acanthus' c1902 by Northwood; some think possibly earlier pieces may have been made by Central Glass c1890.
