Morimura Mark
“M in Wreath”, M stands for Morimura Bros. (importers). Mark used since 1911. Found in green (shown), blue, magenta, and gold colors.
Nippon is the name of the country, Japan, not the trademark. Pieces stamped Nippon are from the years prior to 1921. Morimura is the name used by Noritake during those years. Your piece was produced circa 1914 - 1921.
As for pattern, my limited understanding is that Japanese ceramics of this type aren't generally of a pattern, but of a style. One of the experts on Asian wares may have more information to offer you on this thread.
