Hello all.
I'm wondering if anyone can provide any insight on this item. The outer portion is metal and it measures 13" across and the center appears to be brass with text in a foreign language. Thanks for looking.

That's the hole to hang on the wall.
Hebrew letters, so probably Hebrew or Yiddish language.
Would be interesting to see what a hebrew speaking person would read. Playing around with google translate at least (reading from right to left) gives the words "seeder" or "sowing" and "Tear" or "teardrop" in the top line. Bottom line gives the words "Blessing" and "Reap" which seem to make some sense. A jewish proverb or old testament quote, would be my guess.
