I actually found this at a thrift store last week I think it's such a cool piece of art glass. Appears to be fused glass and it's signed Omaggio a Monet .....been looking around for something similar to figure out what I have here.
Tribute to Monet, So someone made it based on one of His paintings or use of colors.

I finally found out what it is.....It's a Fused Glass panel Murano Sebino Arte Glass ....based on painting by Eduardo Manet called "Railroad" ....it didn't come with base that it should have but still beautiful piece. Thanks everyone.
It's 400. on one site I found. I paid about 8$ so pretty happy.
