I'm not sure when or why one would wear this but I do think it is terrific. Do you put it on to wear to work when you are going through bad times? when you are in a bad mood? when it is cloudy? or when you plan to fire an entire division of people?
I think it is one of those things that is great in theory but kind of miserable in practice. Nevertheless, it caught my eye.
