This is a really good looking and well made piece of glass from China.
An interesting shape made from clear glass with a blue striped lip that has been hot twisted with the bowl.
Clear glass bumps have been attached to the front and back sides.
The base is really nicely polished and generally the quality of glass and work is high.
I have not seen this sticker before and although the bowl and sticker have a 60/70s feel to them I am not comfortable trying to date it. It shows no great wear to the base.
What thinks you?

I agree Karen it is an attractive piece of glass with an interesting design.Without the label it could have been mistaken for anything else but Chinese. :)
Very nice glass.I remember when products from China were very desirable in Poland.Things are moving...
The design looks like 2 crossed wine glasses or drinking glasses. China makes very good crystal these days.

I know it's a little late but I just found a piece of this brand in my local thrift store. It's about 8 inches tall with a blue/green tint. I will try to post a pic.
