She's only 4 inches tall, and has seen some better days. Made of ceramic material. Her clothes are really weird - fake 'leather' but it has been totally covered with glue? Or Urethane? Making them kind of 'crispy'. Her clothes are attached to her.
Her arms are loose, but still attached to each other. Her head and legs don't move. I'm guess she's pre-war? There are a few online, but these aren't too common.
