Round Divided Dish, one handle, Approx 7.5 inch diameter

I purchased this item at an auction in Southern IL. I am new to collecting glass. There is such a vast number of patterns that I generally cannot locate my item on Ebay, Pinterest, Replacements, Etsy, etc. I would like to know the manufacturer, pattern and approximate date of production.
