I assume that this is a piece from the Eastlake or Aesthetic movement. there is an obvious pontil mark on the bottom, but no signature. any ideas on where it might have been produced or any other info?

Aesthetic Movement is too early. It's a form of Tango glass. That yellow pops because of cadmium. It was not introduced until late in the nineteenth century whereas Aestheticism was twenty years earlier.
this piece is 5" wide by 4" tall. thanks Kevin. i'll look up Tango glass. am very ignorant!
