Kralik did vari-coloured glass in their only published catalogue as well as cut, enamelled, moulded optical and ground necks such as this here with 3 deep linear cuts.
The chamfers on the cuts almost suggest those at the rim - making me wonder whether they might suggest heights for similar shapes - the rim could easily have been cut through any of them.
They are at 7.5, 9.75, and 12 inches. The vase height is 35.5cm or 14 inches.
The heights of vases listed in their catalogue published by WVMAG are - interestingly listed in both inches and centimetres. All of the floriforms and meteor décor vases are in inches, as well as a handful of the long-necked, footed sort. The majority of the simple, footed shapes are in cm. Why this is, I don't know.
Back to this one, it is not a shape shown in that catalogue, although it likely prefigures the catalogue by 10-20 years. It has been handmade by a craftsman who knew his stuff, and I put it on my Kralik shelf for the moment, although I think it would be difficult to be 100% certain.
