This was filthy, with a capital F. I soaked it in dish washing liquid and hot water, then cleaned it with a toothbrush. There are some practically illegible foreign marks on the bail. The stone ( I think is glass) is unfortunately broken at the bottom, but I still think the pendant is quite pretty. The two bits under the bail are white gold ( perhaps). Thursday will tell the tale, when I go have it acid tested.
Thanks for looking/loving, CW friends!

Reminds me of the Empire State building. I like it a lot.
Hey Gillian, I never thought of that...good observation.
Love the design! Keep us posted.
It's very pretty!!
To me, it looks like an Art-Deco item. This reflects Gillian's thought….
Ted - yes, it also looks Art Deco to me. I can't make heads or tails out of that mark, though. I've looked at it through two loops and turned it every which way, but to no avail. :-(((
davy - I take it tomorrow to my friend, Geri, for testing. Maybe she can decipher the marks, as she sees a load of jewelry come through her pawn shop.
I think I see a (capital) F there. Could that mean GF?
I agree with Gillian, nothing looks broken from here. pretty awesome!
davy286 - it could be. The marks look different from different directions, lol~!
shareurpassion - it doesn't show in the photo, but the glass stone is chipped on the bottom, on the front side of the pendant. It looks odd from the back. almost like the stone was "molded" into the pendant.
What did the acid test reveal?
Trey - it's only plated, but is Art Deco. One out of two ain't bad. :-))) I will keep it for myself and add a chain to it.
val - it's small, just 1/2" x 3/4".
