I need help identifying the age of this Parker Pen. It came out of a relatives department store. It appears to be an early advertising pen as it has the name D.W. Beumel & Co. On the side. Any help would be much appreciated.
Whats it say on the nib,...........Looks like a water-man ..maybe not
Not sure of the year but you can also look to see if it's stamped 14k for gold. I don't know the rule of thumb to that so when I do see them, I look. Nice pen.
It has a Parker nib and that is what is confusing me
Then its a Parker Pen ..Smiling ...made by Parker for D.W. Beumel & Co With thee logo ..the end ...
I guess if I knew how to clean the nib I could probably read it a little easier
a little soap and water ...nothing else harsh...it also looks to be missing a cap ...wish I could find my pen bible book ,but my wife move it ...smiling

I am confused, it has a Parker Lucky Curve #2 nib and has D.W. Beaumel on the barrel. Wonder if that was normal for early Beaumels or did someone switch the nibs.
Is there a way to determine the age of the pen?
