They covered all bases with this one!
It looks to be oak and I would think it is solidly in the second quarter of the 20th century.

I don't think I have every seen a secretary desk combined with a rifle cabinet and then combined with a few other things. There were so many companies making furniture I wouldn't worry about exact information. It is a great and unique piece.
