Can someone please tell me what this style of artwork is, other than 'Folk Art". It reminds me of my Uncle Franks' drawings/paintings but I never thought to ask him what style it is.
This was done in the 50's or 60's, there is a sticker on the back with a name of a gallery here in Cali that's no longer there.
I'm also wondering about the signature on the left side that I imagine is a place. I'm hoping someone can tell me where that is. I'm not even going to try to figure out the last name of the painter here and won't ask that of anyone here either!

Thanks Ck! I don't know what she was originally from but whatever it was no longer exists. She's on wood (I think) and about 6" long and 5" tall give or take. Been sitting on the shelf forever and thought it was time for a change, so the salt and pepper shakers took a walk ;)
