The rusty old Mack cleans up pretty nice and looks ready to take out for a spin after the addition of a little cleaning and some new paint. I'm told that we ought to start using it to haul the antique signs we find, but that max speed of about 30 mph discourages me. I love this old beauty. I love the cute chick in front of it too! She's been my girlfriend for 52 yrs and still tolerates my OCD hobbies! I'm a lucky guy!

What's the tapered thingy sticking out of the left side of the cab ?

      Blunderbuss2,
It's a very cool mechanical turn signal that raises and lowers by the driver pulling a chain inside the cab to alert other drivers he is going to turn or slow down. Pretty rare gadgets.

      Trey,
I can't believe how complete this old truck is!!! All the gauges are still in it and it even still had the roll up side curtains above the doors. This was a real lucky find and was sitting out in a field in clear view, but in a little, off the beaten path, town in Idaho.
