While cleaning out my attic I found an old Jewelry box of my Mom's and this bracelet was inside among other things. It had a makers mark so I look online and this is what I found for a description.

Your 1930s bracelet is silver plated, not solid silver. Here is another one exactly like yours which includes an explanation of the diamond mark:

I also have a Catholic souvenir Art Deco french bracelet from Lourdes, France which is made exactly the same way as yours but depicts roses rather than French monuments.
