This tackle box was never used for fishing. My 27 year old daughter used it as a toy box or something as a child, I think she may have had finger nail polish remover stored in top tray where pain has dissolved off. Prior to that my dad used it to store bank papers, old checks and such, basically as a small filing cabinet. That paper bag holds the set of metal dividers, of which I've set a couple in that upper left tray. As you can see on the right there's the original key, I checked and the lock does still work. Box is basically in almost new condition with the exception of that missing paint, a small dent on the top back which is right where the handle sits when it's positioned away from the label, and the label itself which has worn away over the decades. Size is approx 16" long x 9" wide x 9" high. Also notice that beautiful handle, I think it's made from an old plastic called Bakelite. You can find many different My Buddy tackle boxes for sale on Ebay and such, but rarely do you see one like this with yellow and green trays with metal dividers, and even more rare is one seen in such good condition. Think I'll keep this for awhile.
