Does anyone know what this is?

Found these shopping in a local antique shop. Does anyone know the pattern? I know it may not be depression glass, but it's pretty. It has ruby red on the top and diamond shape cut glass on the bottom. I have some king's crown and ruby diamond point. I am not an expert and can not find this in a book.
