    I have determined that the paper is probably not over 40 years old, but what is this, exactly?

      It looks like someone found an antique Dr. Pepper ad (that was missing some of the left border), mounted it on a piece of paper, and sketched in the missing part.

      The issue is that the paper does not seem to be as old as it looks. The ad itself I could not locate.
