    I recently purchased this ring from an online estate sale and would like to learn more about it. It has a marking inside the band that says MEXICO 14K and then there are is a stamp that resembles a domino because it looks rectangular and has circles. These circles vary in size. One is larger than the other two.

      Take a picture of the mark.

      Bonnie posted a tutorial on Mexican marks but I think those were about silver, this is marked gold. If you would like to try and take a photo of the mark, you might try using a loupe against the camera lens.
