Small glass paperweight with pink and blue swirls and bubbles. This is signed Hamon 966 on the bottom. I believe this to be Robert L Hamon though I do not know what the 966 stands for.

The name is Robert L. Hamon, not Harmon. The 966 could be the 966th issue out of 1000.
