Need help identifying this tea pot

I posted this a couple of days ago, but just got some close pictures of the writing and brand name on the teapot. You may only be able to see a portion of the name, but, it is ROMANCL or I at the end??? Check out the writing towards the bottom of the pot. Nothing on the bottom. In the last post someone suggested it may be Romanian and the writing could by Cryllic?? Sorry, I removed it before I got all the info.
