Believed to have been used in an early 1900's mental asylum. Has two little wheels under the front legs. About two and a half feet tall. Springs are used to rock chair back and forth. Legs remain stationary. There are no markings to signify who made it. Any additional information would be appreciated. My great great grandmother was a nurse and passed this down the line. She was mentally ill herself so we aren't sure on any additional info about this chair.
