Recently got these two because I loved the vintage "creepy doll" look but I have no idea where or when they're from. Theres no markings on it and the bottoms both were covered with blue electrical tape to cover a circular hole in them (looks to be intentional). Anyway, I guessed they were piggy banks but theres no slot up top? Anyone have an idea about these two? Oh, and they're kinda heavy for their size and maybe made from chalkware it looks like.
