This was made by Hocking Glass (soon to be Anchor Hocking) from 1931-1937. The bowl is about 11 1/2" x 9 1/2" by 3".
It is the Mayfair pattern also called Open Rose. Open Rose is an unofficial name but that happens with many depression glass patterns.
Hocking made some of my favorite patterns. There are a few more examples of Hocking glass in the last photo.
