    I got this lamp from a house that had been sealed up for the past 20 years. I do know its made of Alabaster. That its extremely heavy.

    Just don't know if its valuable? Who made it and when?

      Can you add photos of the lamp just on it's own? If there are no markings on the lamp base, then finding the manufacturer is just about impossible. Looks like 1930s, give or take a bit. Also called a half shell ceiling light.

      looks like possibly a ceiling fixture, which were often sold thru catalogs and pieced by jobbers. Therefore not easily ID unless one happen across a catalog listing or printed ad.
