This invalid feeder is very curious because it has a saucer and I think that this is not common. It has another curiosity. It is decorated with two differents coats of arms of the same institution in this case a humanity institution, of Oporto, a beautiful city of north of Portugal. His measures are: Diameter and length 0,16yd.

Perhaps the feeder does not belong to the saucer. There is dirt on the bottom rim of the feeder, which suggests it didn't have a saucer. I think you are missing a coffee cup for your saucer.

Already I had put this hypothesis but I know that this item was of a humanity institution and I think, in that place there are not coffee cups. But your suggestion is a possibility. Who knows?
      Thank you

There could be coffee cups/saucers there for use by the staff.

      :-)))
