Two Japanese Wood Block or Water color prints Signed

Another item from Mom's old store stock "Junktiques" best describes the place.I know nothing about these prints.
Condition is fair with rumpled paper. They are wrapped in plastic. I'm not aware of any tears. But I've not looked at them very closely. will do so soon.
