Clear Glass Creamer

I got this small pitcher today as well. The pattern looked so familiar to me like I had seen it before.

I spent the afternoon looking and looking but I cannot identify this pattern. To be fair, I have looked up a ton of glass patterns in the last two weeks. Still it feels like it is on the tip of my tongue.
