This a a great walking stick/cane that I picked up a while ago. The head is a heavy brass piece with a compass in it. I have seen it listed as a hidden compartment cane but I think it is less that than it is to make it not insanely heavy.
Anyone know when this might have been made, I have not been able to find any definitive information.

I saw that, made me not want to clean up the brass at all, haha.

I have been using this the last 3 days (back issue) and I must say this is awesome to use. The large flat top is great to lean on.
