The feather pen quill jar under it says k-54271 i have a ink jar with the same lettering 4 k-7671 there is a Capital h and a on the bottom thanks for your help.

if the logo is with the "A" under the bar in the "H" that would be the Hazel-Atlas mark

looks like a cruet to me but not sure of age.
