These aren't three vessels but just one with unevenly applied spatter. Each side looks differently.Firstly, I thought I'd never seen this shape at Welz's pieces but I reminded the Art Deco jar posted by sklo.It also has the ribbed lower part.
I think it's a beaker rather than a small vase. It's 10 cm tall and cost less than shipping from Czechia ( they have now a new official name).
Ivonne, what a lovely colours and shape, beautiful......;-D

Alan
The décor is definitely Welz though Ivonne, so no doubt about it. Very nice shape too!
Alan, thanks for the comment and the love.I'm glad you like it :)
Peggy, the shape is inviting to pick it up and have a glass of something, that's why I guess it's not a vase :)
Thanks vetraio, welzebub ,aura and blunderbuss for the loves :)
The main reasons why I decided to recognise this piece as Welz's production were a type of spatter and colours. The next was Peggy's post http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/158583-welz-lidded-jar ,. which shows a jar with 5 rings at the bottom, exactly like mine ( 4 rings + the bottom shaped as the 5th)
Everything is not Welz.... Only properly identified Welz production. It is actually Welz because the decor is identified as theirs and found on many other pieces. And for what it is worth.... there are actually 4 rings at the bottom that I can count.... which would seem to preclude it from being Rückl if they used 3.... Personally, I do not think for a second that three rings at the base of an item could ever be considered a marker of any kind for any production house, the same as I would never think that 4 could indicate Welz origins, or any other house..
Great example that I would think likely a glass for a beverage set of some kind.
Thanks for the loves courtenay, mikelv and SEAN :)
This link shows the décor of your beaker on two shapes produced only by Welz, i.e. Hexagonal Miniature Vase and Vase on Three Ribbed Ball Feet.
