Antique brass serving tray and spider leg table

This is my second posting for the table and here are a couple of close ups of the writhing on back of tray. I would love if someone could tell me what they say. The work on the tray is very detailed and intricate . It's a beautiful and very heavy tray the table has 4 legs. Any info is greatly appreciated.
