Picked these little cuties up at the flea market a while ago. Think they might be Cloisonne but not sure. The vases have blue on the inside and on the bottom. The elephants have holes under each foot. I just love these little ones. What do you think folks? Cloisonne?

Hi jeneric! I'm surprised that no one answered you already. If you look up the definition of "cloisons", you will see that it means small cells and these cells in old cloisonne are filled in with molton glass of many colours to create a design or pattern. If these vases and figurines meet the definition above, then they are "cloisonne" . Simpler and more recent cloisonne wannabes have raised areas where enamelled paints fill in the design. Hope this helps in identifying your items. Bob
