Got this dish at the flea market a while back. It is an orange/yellow dish or maybe an ashtray? Does anyone know who it might be made by or how old it might be?

Not sure on this one with a criss-cross base....will have to look around.....? Pretty colors!!

At first glance I thought mid century Japanese but that base is more recent Chinese.
I have seen bright coloured glass clowns recently from China, well made like this dish, with that base finish. Not a definite attribution, more a possibility.
