Picked this up a while back not sure of anything else. I noticed that it has TJ right where the handles meets the basket on the each side. It is very colorful with red, orange and yellow tones. Any help would be appreciated.
Sorry about the photo quality the TJ is blurry but it definitely says TJ.

Your Welcome -- but ( Sir ) Tallcakes can confirm -- as he is a walking encyclopedia on Glass. Honest !!

agree, 'Constellation' made by Indiana for Tiara c1978. the color was called sunset and the "TJ" initials would be the basket handler's mark.

found one listing of Indiana basket handlers; no TJ but here's the list:
M.D. Milford Davis, T.W. Tom Walker, M.B. Marlene Baker, P.W. Paul White, J.C. Jim Clay, B.M. Benton McCowan, D.B. David Bales, M.R. Mike Robinson, J.T. John Thompson, J.D. Jim Dunlavy, E.T. Ed Templeton, D.T. Darrell Templeton.
