Unusual Clear Pyrex Dish with Spout

This is a completely enclosed dish with the only opening being the spout. It is clear glass - no manufacturer name on it at all. It's flat on both sides but smaller in diameter on one side versus the other. The only way anything could get inside the dish is through the spout. I tried to upload more photos but it will not let me at this time. Has anyone seen anything like this before and do you know what it is called? It belongs to a cousin and I cannot find the info regarding the measurements at this time but it looks like a pie dish from the smaller side upwards but has the spout and is all molded together.
