A rare find a salt glaze "Tobacco Jar" Depicting Bacchus Greek God of Wine in nice order small chip on rear of lid circa 1850 made in Derbyshire England .
I was visiting a local car boot and under one of the vendors table in a box of rubbish i found this pot , when i ask how much the guy said it was damage and missing its lid but on looking on the table top the lid was there how odd ? i put them together and pay his price amazing purchase!! One for the collection.
