I've got a strange one for the jewelry people today. I know this was a popular hobby for women back in the day, but this one just feels.... Intentional, like it was MANUFACTURED instead of made. The thing I MASSIVE, the photos don't do justice.

Carved wood, sterling silver ingots, and Lucite horns. Its 3.25" from horn to horn, and 3.5" tall. Anyone have a clue?

    Unsolved Mystery

It's Elzac! And A SUPERB piece!

LOVE it - it's a Gnu, I think. Maybe Wildebeest. I'm going with Gnu. They made a lot of African and tribal themed wood & lucite jewelry.

Yeah - you can totally call yours an elzac. Here is a woman with the same silver studs.

Valentino - is it this one (link)? I guess the OPs could be a steer. What do you think? The hair on the neck - do Longhorns have hair down their necks? Looking at pics, they have a wattle. On the brooch - I was looking at the forehead. I thought it was like a horny growth. Longhorns don't have that but many have a colored triangle. WOW - looking at pictures of the longhorn - some are stunningly beautifuL!

When I first looked at it thought for sure it was a Texas longhorn steer. :)
