Gorgeous. Those are natural seed pearls, too. (NOT Cultured.)

NICE piece! Worth a pretty penny. And yes, those are seed pearls - they were known for them.
EHRLICH & SINNOCK were manufacturing Jewelers in Newark, NJ, US in ca 1898 - 1930s.
