Very rare and ind beautiful working order. I cant find another example of this clock with the side wi dows and roman numerals so I am listing it as an unsolved mystery in hopes it is a one of a kind.

Hi,
You have a very nice Japanese wall clock from the 1920's, perhaps slightly earlier. The trade mark is for the maker Seikosha. While this is a very well preserved example, Seikosha was a prolific manufacturer and therefor, it is not one of a kind.
Regards.
Your photos are pretty dark and so it's hard to see much detail. I agree with ticktocktime100. You have a manufactured clock. Factories "tooled up" to make runs of various models of clocks. Here is a link to something that appears to be very similar to yours (again, your photos are too dark): https://www.etsy.com/listing/225517568/rare-antique-seikosha-wall-clock-made-in
Seikosha eventually became Seiko. Here's a link to the company's history: http://www.seikoclocks.com/heritage.html
They made some very high quality clocks, probably undervalued in the U.S. Market.
