14K Gold Perfume Bottle with Blue Sapphire

This is one of my favorite family pieces... a perfume bottle from one side of my family. I no longer have the original chain it was on. The bottle is marked 14K gold on the inside of the top of the wand and it is adorned with a beautiful, blue sapphire on top. One of my favorite things about it is the richness of the gold and the little bit of patina starting around the opening. From what I understand, these were mostly personalized items that were passed down to family members.
