14K/585 White Gold & "Diamond" Ring & 585 Gold Earrings, Flea Market Finds $7.50

The ring is terribly difficult to photograph properly. I picked these out of a metal box full of silver. Going this week to have the stone tested.

The ring is stamped 585 and VT-200 ( don't know what that means yet) and has the Oak leaf stamp with 585 in it, which means it's a registered design at Waarborg, the official Dutch jewelry registry. The gold earrings also carry the Waarborg stamp. I have taken the backings for my 14K diamond earrings ( had none!) and will turn in the rest of the gold for scrap. They're quite light (a gram) so I might as well take the instant cash.
