Porcelain finger oil lamp

I'm trying to identify this lamp. It's 12.5 inches tall. It's white porcelain with blue, pink, and violet flowers. There's a maker's mark on the back of the lamp. The plate is attached to the lamp. If used on a night stand, the plate could be used for jewelry.
