I acquired this item from a second-hand store in Newark, NJ a few days ago.
The painting is very colorful and action packed.
It appears to be a colorful rendition of a colonial invironment of an African colony in Caribbean.
The images of horse drawn carriages, common laborers and the general public could also be that of the orientation.
I am unable to transcribe and or ascertain who the artist is due the the signature.
If any has any ideal as to the original and or the artist, please feel free to provide the information.
It will be grateful appreciated.
A special thanks to all who view this item.
I'm almost sure this is a Philippines Old Manila Street Scene Painting.
Thank you much.
