'Sophia', 23" German china head doll. Modern and replaced cloth body with kid arms with individual fingers, vintage dress and undergarments. Sophia's hairstyle is often referred to as a Civil War (early 1860's) style, though hairstyles remained in production for around 10 years or so after that time period. Her face is a particularly pretty one, with vibrant color and beautiful ruby lips. Sophia is unmarked, the maker is unknown.
