    Hello Everyone,
I have hit a roadblock on my item, I know its was sold by Keramik Weber in Koln Germany and it might be Italian, I liken the panels to a church stain glass windows, I am looking for country, approximate age ( I was thinking 1960's ) but any help , the item is 4 inches across and about 3 1/2 inches high, I even would like to know if its shape.

I agree that it looks Italian especially with that numbering system but I am not so sure. The way the dark glaze has been continued under the base seems wrong.
It might be by Lu Kopfler for Lipp? His designs were a bit like this.

The dark background is a flat black paint or something similar

I had no idea how many experts on European ceramics were posting here

however despite being a mere amateur, I believe this is an Alvino Bagni design referred to as "stained glass"

There was someone on the internet who offered about the same flower pot for sale. He thought this design by Alvino Bagni was commissioned by Raymor.
This is a starting point for more research.
