Water Colour Vauxhall Opel factory, given to managing director help signature

I got this painting from a clearance I did about 6 months ago and it's of the FA Voll Factory in Germany (Vauxhall Opel factory), who remembers the cars I did not like them. Anyway when this picture was done it was given to the Managing Director as a leaving present I presume in 1987, it is the of the factory a water colour probably by a German artist painted in 87. I really like the picture but I can not really make out the signature, I am hoping that they would buy him a painting which cost a few quid as he was top brass at the company. It has been signed by all his colleagues so they all probably chipped in to buy it, it has been framed nicely and the mounts to hang it are well done a good sign I thought. It is a really nice picture but could anyone help with the signature and where the artist is from. Please help it may just be a nice picture but you never know. I will show art which I am not sure about first and then I will show you some I have found and like, frame size large 28 inches X 24 inches so a nice big one.
